as per usual, Neil invites negative attention. Continues to drag the names of women and children into his messes and claim to be the vigilante for abused kids. Very ironic indeed. Maybe someone should speak to Rhonda. Zach's mother about her concerns for her autisitic son Neil is obsessed with. The autistic society wants nothing to do wtih him.
